Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. Clothes, flowers, shoes, bags, wig etc.)

Downloadable software or digital products

Gift cards

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-5 days.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (e.g., damaged packaging, used items).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [mkw32024@gmail.com].

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or incorrect.
